A quick sketch from work. If I feel like it I might go over and do it with photoshop. All I've done with it is change the levels so it still looks crappy but I'll live with it.

I hate usin' gel pens just to write and here you go and do this with a gel pen. Nice.
the foreshortening of the hand gives it a nice effect.
the outline-less look of the forward arm is cool.
all the lines are defined and the white for the light fits well.
